E-Commerce Vendor is mainly for Amazon Regional Branches, and some of the Walmart Regional Branches, vendors place order to us, we ship the goods directly to Amazon or Walmart warehouses so the vendors can sell on Amazon or Walmart by BALLIBOT brand authorization, this way vendors do not have to take care of each shipping with the full benefit of the E-Commerce platforms. Of couse, E-Commerce Vendors can stock in their own warehouses and sell on E-Commerce platforms with FBM (fullfilled by merchant).
E-Commerce Vendor needs to setup maintenance & repair department, buy necessary equipments and tools, receive maintenance & repair training, can directly order parts from us and providing maintenance & repair services to their users.
An E-Commerce Vendor can also be a General Distributor.

RA Dealers order directly from us, RA Dealers can be retail outlets, can sell on live stream platforms and local E-Commerce platforms other than Amazon & Walmart websites.
RA Dealers send goods back to us for maintenance & repair, so it is not a efficient way, only applys to regions close to us or the begining stage of a certaion region.
